"Airport - Hotel Transfer Van (Destination Services) was easy to find due to their stand being clearly marked (RIU Hotels) and visible across from Margaritaville Restaurant outside the Airport. Check-in / out Staff were very welcoming. Easy Check-in / Out. Our hotel room was very clean and had a great view of the Pools and Beach. Hotel has variety of foods and drinks to choose. Nicest Beach even when the Ocean brings in a little seaweed."

"This was my first time staying at the Iberostar Waves Tucan. The property grounds were very well kept, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the entertainment each evening, and the entertainers and staff were very friendly and present throughout the day. "We loved the resort. Everything was accessible and close enough to walk to in 5 minutes. Rooms were clean and staff were wonderful and helpful. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs for everyone.
We loved the food and coffee bar. Our only suggestion would be for more bar staff as the lines were long for drinks in all areas.
Would definitely recommend this resort! "

"This resort was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Not a huge resort but big enough with plenty amenities. The outdoor bar and outdoor seating area near the pool area have a beautiful view to the ocean. The servers in the buffet and bartenders were so attentive and great.The bed and pillows in our room were very comfortable. This resort is also within walking diatance to the famous 5th avenue. I would definitely return to stay at this resort."
