Rooms were decent for what you paid, service wasn't the greatest. Had issues with the toilet a few times, housekeeping wasn't the best. We would have to constantly ask for towels. Location isn't bad at all, they have a shuttle service to the 5th avenue which was very helpful. They also had some stores that were a good walking distance with a McDonalds nearby and an amazing taco stand. I don't see myself rebooking a this place again.

The room was clean and people were friendly. Also, the breakfast was quite good. On the negative side, television services were very poor, the beds were hard, and the blinds did not work properly. Storage in terms of a dresser or drawers was also very lacking. It was quite small and uncomfortable for my wife, 2 sons, and I and we checked out early.

I like the location and the room space. No safe box in the room . I did not like the service and house keeping. We are 4 and only have 2 towels we call front desk and They never bring the towels to the room we had to go to front desk to get them and we got a towel with holes like and old rag. House keeping take the towels to change them and never bring them back we had to go again and pick them up at the front desk the kleenex tissues were finish and not rapleced

The local transportation they offer is not consistent and has a bunch of rules around where and when they stop. None of the rules or availability is posted anywhere. That was our only complaint because part of the reason we booked it was for the local transport. Other than that- clean rooms, clean beds, GREAT staff.
