"Great customer service and support for sure. However, the cabin was dusty, the knotted flooring had small holes that exposed what appeared to be a dirt foundation. When it rained, the humidity with the dust made it hard for me for breath. The sheets in the main bed were clean, but they also seemed dusty to me. "Property itself is old and vintage, but well maintained and organized.Some decorations stuffs are broken ,out of date and took space . Furniture needs to be replaced with modern style.Location is awesome.Overall experience with the price tag is satisfactory with smooth communication and easy check in and out with no issues."

"The smells were *horrendous* and obvious animal stains and exceedingly smelly cleaners and fragrances to cover. Sinus headaches even with all the windows and doors open. Sheets were covered in fur inside the bed. Fridge, drawers and even pan took out all dirty, crumbs and grounds. Heat didnt work. TV didnt work. No wifi. Property mgmt team was great and responsive though. We booked another cabin and left first thing in the morning. Will never stay here again however. "
