"The problem that dragged this review from a 4.5 down to a 2 is the manner in which corporate management has truncated normal electrical and electronic usage and enjoyment. My devices would not charge properly. The internet could not be powered properly. TV usage was narrowly controlled. Until I learn that these restrictive policies have been altered, I will never again use this chain. This is such a shame. The property is clean and well maintained. "The room was beautiful and the staff was super helpful. They provide so much in the 1 bedroom suite. Very spacious! And a great view. Only thing I can complain about was the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were uncomfortable but the location was perfect with tons of shops and food around. "
