"The hotel rooms are updated and very nice. We had a great stays. The hotel side of the property is quiet, and they have a nice pool and workout room that we enjoyed. Lots of parking (free). And breakfast was nice. They give you a voucher for the restaurant, and you have 4 options to choose from. The only thing we didn't like was the smoke in the casino. It is super strong, and you can smell the smoke all the way into the hotel. So we were grateful they put us on the third floor. We couldn't smell any smoke at all on the third floor. The casino is also practically empty in the morning, so you don't have to worry about smoke at breakfast. Would definitely stay again."

"The drain plugged up and it took a while to fix. We finally told the guy to go ahead and finish the job and we left. It was fixed and everything was fine. Like so so many hotels, the planners do not travel themselves. I suggest two more towel racks and 3 hooks in the bathroom, 2 or 3 shelves in the room too. Our stay was very nice - loved the table on the deck for meals and Parcheesi!"

"The Quality Inn is a perfect spot to stay if you are going to be exploring South Lake and all its beachโs and fun. The staff was super friendly, they had a nice breakfast in the mornings, the rooms were clean with a full kitchenette, beds were comfy and everything worked (shower is a single fyi). The Inn is walking distance to beaches, breweries and shopping. Lots of families and work trucks, even a corvette was in the lot. Never felt like it was a bad decision for our family. Would/will stay again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. We thought there wasn't an ice machine but we found one just beyond the kitchen next to the exit sign. Love the complimentary smore's from 7pm-9pm. We saw a bear from our balcony! It was really cool to see but guest definitely need to be careful not to leave any food or scented toiletries in their car, as the bears have been know to break it if they smell somthing yummy."
