"Very nice stay. Small property, maybe 5 or 6 rooms, but very nice. Location can’t be beat. Literally a 2 minute walk from the main train station, so easy to arrive and drop your bags. Then a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Lots of stores. Bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended "

The reception remains operational for a very limited time, only from 8 am to 4 pm, making it practically impossible to carry out any in-person transaction such as paying the tax in cash without disrupting your plan for day-long sightseeing. The wash basin was partially clogged, leading to frequent accumulation of water. There was no cupboard or chest to keep your stuff."

"The room was very modern and spacious. Breakfast was good, but we didn’t know that we could have an omelette until we overheard the waitress tell someone else. We didn’t want one, but that’s why the staff didn’t get 5 stars. We don’t know what we don’t know, you know? Don’t bother using the restaurant discount. Use the fabulous location to find better within walking distance."

"The hotel is a small collection of rooms in an older building. But the room was large and clean, the air conditioning worked, and the bathroom was updated. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is small with no breakfast, but they provided orange juice in the refrigerator every day and some packaged rolls/crackers. Well located near the train station and reasonably walkable to the important places in Florence. We enjoyed our stay."
