"Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions. "

The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room.
