The location is good for sight seeing and the staff are very friendly but I could not sleep. Our room (Stella) was so noisy, I could hear everything happening on the street and the revelry went on until 3am each night.

One of the best hotels and locations without blowing the budget. This is a high quality hotel with superior service and amazing location. Less than 10 minutes from the Train station and already within shops and dining. The palazzo is meticulously maintained and in pristine condition. We rented a "suite" which was an apartment in size and felt like home. The complimentary breakfast is a la carte and in the most romantic location. Please do not hesitate to book this stay, you will not regret it.

Amazing stay, was theee ten years ago, and it was an even better stay than the last time. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They arrange amazing tours with great guides. Christian was exceptional and great fun to tour Tuscany and Sienna countryside and vineyards. Carla held amazing knowledge of the Uffezi gallery. The morning breakfast was abundant and flavorful. What an excellent stay. The palazzo was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is beautiful old world Italian classic but chic style. Each room is beautifully decorated. I was in the blue room. The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. Morning breakfast tailored to your needs.The location is on point, smack in the middle of town.

Beautiful hotel, very Baroque in style-so much so that the suite was off putting, which doesn’t show in their pictures. Beautiful and very large tub in suite. Sadly, the entire suite wreaked of sewage smell, most likely from a sour drain. It made the experience awful and unbearable. We had to keep the doors to the bathroom shut tight at all times. We should have known based on the 5 or so bottles of incense/perfume scattered throughout the entryway and suite. Luckily, we only booked 2 nights there and spent every waking minute outside. The hotel location was very near the train station and shopping areas, which was ideal. Looking back, we should’ve requested a room change immediately upon arrival when we noticed the odor.
