"A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. "Awesome location. Surprise 56 stairs to our room. Sweetest owner came out and assisted with our bags. Only steps from all the great shops and train station."

"Rooms have a nice design. Breakfast was ordinary, the eggs were all overcooked. The pillows either 1 extremely stiff and the other super soft. The mattress was very stiff. For the price we paid, i’d say not worth it in general."

"Amazing property and staff!!"

"It gave a old school elegant feel. The rooms was very spacious and the staff was friendly and informative."

"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of all to do in Florence. Make sure to ask the concierge to help you with reservations at Buca Mario. Incredible food and service. Ciao!"

"Centrally located, high quality furnishings and bathrooms. Only thing is we would have liked to have one large bottle of complimentary water rather than having to refill ourselves. Breakfast was great and the lady who runs it kind and helpful. Enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend or stay again."

"We stayed for six nights, as we do every year, and had another wonderful experience. The location is perfect, the rooms are lovely, and the entire staff is consistently professional, courteous, and welcoming. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning again next year!"

"Excellent location"

"Hotel was walkable to the major attractions and close to the train station. Quality of service was top notch, very profession and efficient. Room was clean and housekeeping was great . Complimentary breakfast was excellent."
