"Putting aside the check in process, it WOULD of been 5 stars. But unfortunately, the check in process was LENGTHY and TEDIOUS. Initial communication was just simply the map to which tower to head to and contact details of property manager. Upon arrival, informed property manager thru text messaging and was met at the lobby by the host. Apparently there should of been an email communication confirming reservation with Tower security and property manager, but no confirmation has been received yet...

"The stay was great because of the warm staff who always greeted us with respect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing I need to complain about is the way the light switch were made is bad and worse. I just need to turn on or off one of the lights at the bedside, but the light in the bathroom shut off too while my mother is taking a shower. This is not safe. And I cant figure out how to turn it back on. It should have been done simple on and off. I had to call the desk for help. ...

"Nice stay and clean room. Staff were excellent. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city lights at night. Most friendliest and knowledgeable staff at the towel counter. He’s superb. Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating"

"hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though."

"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"

"Check-in was a mightmare! I booked 2 separate rooms for my brothers and their families for our reunion. They were required to send photos of IDs via viber. Problem #1 , my brothers did not have viber so l had to send the requirements by email. We had to wait before the QR codes were sent which was after 9pm. Problem#2, one of my sister-in-law did not have her ID with her so she was not allowed access to the pool. No consideration was given that she had to accomoany her 8-year old child to the...

"We were happy that the host is accommodating in allowing us to check in early 11am so we can leave our luggages. She said the room is vacant and ready. But to our surprise, it is not clean and the trash, dirty dishes, left over moldy food on the table seemed to be there for weeks already. No electricity, so lights and aircon not working. She wants us to wait to get it cleaned. But 2 hrs before 3 pm check in, no one is cleaning. We don’t want to stay in this same room for who knows what germs are...
