"The location is good. The suite smell musty. We had to get the staff to spray the room out, open the windows and get the air conditioning running. The shower head has mold and needs a good cleaning. Kitchen needs a good clean up too. There’s no cable or satellite tv, you have to use utube and the content is not current. No phone, you have to use WhatsApp to contact the staff for help with your issue and needs. I understand we’re in a changing world but hotel services should have human interaction by phone either for emergency or basic services and oh my goodness a tv you can just turn on and watch something. Not good!"

"The location is good, central and near to bus pick up/drop off and near shopping malls. Meals are reasonably priced with discount for Seniors above 55, however staff may not check and will charge you normal adult rates without discount, something that needs improvements. Was charged at normal rates and when checked with front desk the next day, was asked back why I didn’t tell earlier, but I only knew about it after patronising the restaurant! Lol! Said will process refund to me but it’s been a week and there’s no news. Phone in the room was having a lot of static and after the technician “repaired”, quality was still the same, but didn’t want to waste more of our time on it, so ignored it, not something we needed all the time anyway. Had to remind 2-3 times to have my complimentary birthday cake served, finally was served with a small piece of cake on a huge tray, quite ironic but what can I say, it’s complimentary and it’s probably just their way of hospitality :)"

"Great breakfast choice,rooms spacious, lovely view, balcony was very good size with ceiling fan and lights, minor issues shower could do with being more powerful and air con although very good felt a bit damp at times, the hotel is great location on the beach with watersports all beside hotel, restaurants were good although as per normal can be a bit pricey if eating at hotel, free parking if car hired and room service is great."

"It was delightful when we were given the same rooms as per our first visit in Jan 2026. Rooms were big and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is near to shopping malls such as Pavilion KL and Pavilion Damansara. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay!"
