"We stayed at this property on two separate occasions. During our first week, we stayed in room #1502, which had a very strong sewer odor, and the bathroom toilet was leaking.
Instead of moving us to another room or properly addressing the issue, the hotel staff simply sprayed the room to temporarily mask the unpleasant smell. The leak was never repaired, and surprisingly, we were blamed for the water on the floor because we had hung up some wet clothes.
We also discovered that the septic tank...

"Since it’s a newly opened facility, there are still some things that needed to be worked out. The super friendly staff is one of the hotel’s redeeming quality. Rooms are clean, staff is super attentive to my requests and inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place. Front desk staff"

"Amazing stay! It was my first visit to Manila and I really enjoyed BGC red planet as it was really clean, looks new and comfortable. Except for shower detergent and toilet roll, you have to prepare your own amenities like toothbrush toothpaste face tissue etc. There’s a Lawson just behind BGC The Fort Red Planet, some convenient stores and fast food chain nearby so it is extremely convenient! They also offer free water refill at the lobby.
They provide only 1 key card, and no in-room phone...

"The downside is that in the room we rented, 528, the flooring was peeling off and the refrigerator was not working even after I called for service. The food is great, and the service at the restaurant is excellent. It is a bit pricey, maybe because it is a Marriott. I loved the taho concept in the restaurant, and I appreciated the security service, as you really feel safe inside the hotel. I also liked the motorized shower curtain. I highly recommend the Manila Marriott Hotel and Newport World...

"Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!"
