호텔스 닷컴으로 예약하고 갔는데, deposit을 내야 한다고, card 결재를 하더니,,,, 다음날 카드 취소가 안 된단다.... 영업일 4일 이후 환불된다고 해서 오긴 왔는데,,,, 아직까지 안되서 전화해서 물어보니, 이제는 14일을 기다리란다.... 설마 4성급 호텔이 사기를 치진 않을거고,,, 기다리기는 하는데,,,, 일처리가 정말 맘에 안든다...

Spaceous rooms in good location
The hotel is older but rooms are decently sized. It is conveniently located in a precinct with easy walk to several restaurants and shops.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and Lobby. Breakfast is just nice. Attached spa and fitness centre. Would like to stay again.

a medium sized hotel with Spa and Karaoke, located near Mall Ciputra area. easy to find foods. 'Masa Kok Tong' and 'Seafood Lily' is within walking distance from the hotel

WIFI.
Its good, just that the wifi signal is weak and have problem in the connection in the room. Else I will rate it as perfect for my stay. Hope to see there is an improvement to the wifi when I visit again
