"The listing states that there is an airport shuttle. A few days before our scheduled arrival, I emailed the hotel to arrange pickup. They responded with a phone number to call. We called and they instructed us to call back the day of. We called back the day of and were informed that they were unable to provide the service for me, suggesting that I take a taxi instead.
