But we were on our devices so it was okay. Daily house keeping was good with everything refilled including bottle of water and fresh towels. The floor was not hoovered during our stay. Excellent location to get to the city. Tram stop in 4 minutes."

"The location was very convenient for the metro (Aksaray) which we didn't use, and for the T1 tram (Yusufpaşa stop) which we used daily and took us to all the key places in the city centre. I'd selected the hotel on the basis of its closeness (110m) to the destination stop of the HVL-1 transfer coach from the airport but, unfortunately, local works meant the coach stopped on the opposite side of the road which was less convenient with heavy luggage.

"I had a wonderful stay at the Ottoman Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The spa facilities are absolutely lovely and a great way to relax—especially since they open early at 6:30, which is perfect for starting the day refreshed.
The location is fantastic, with a tram stop just meters away, making it really easy to get around the city and explore all the main attractions. Overall, I would definitely recommend...
