She helped us with our luggage, climbing one flight of stairs, providing detailed sight seeing, restaurants and taxi service assistance. She made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. "Loved the Relais Orso! Can’t have a more perfect location if you want to just walk to everything. Only 5-10 min walk at most to each of the Vatican, Castel Samtangelo, pantheon, trevi fountain, Spanish steps. I thought the colosseum was going to be too far for a walk but in fact, only took me 15 min at only a slight brisk pace.
