I thought the hotel was beautiful. I enjoyed the complimentary drink every night. The bartender was approachable and was playing music with a vibe. The breakfast was delicious, especially the made to order omelets made by Latoya, who was friendly & very quick & efficient in her role.
The big issue was NOISE. Friday & Saturday night groups of children were RUNNING & SCREAMING ON EVERY FLOOR OF THE HOTEL. AT ONE POINT, A GROUP OF CHILDREN KICKED MY ROOM DOOR 4 TIMES. I had trouble sleeping & resting. This triggered an anxiety attack for myself. I was scared someone's was going to break into my room. The front desk staff did not do mich to correct the situation. When I questioned what was going to be done about the commotion, I was basically rushed off by saying "We're trying the best we can to correct the situation." The commotion went on for hours on both nights, even needing the police to be called. In the end, there was nothing done by the front desk staff to rectify the lack of sleep & high anxiety situation.
