Hotel Dekat Parking Lot 4

"Hotel was in good location, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an executive suite that had almost everything we needed. There were a couple of negatives. If you have anything but a small car you will have problems parking in their very small underground parking spaces. Pool and hot tub were not in operation. Housekeeping was a little lax, conditioner container was empty in the shower and no soap at the bathroom sink. The friendly staff and nicely appointed suite did make up...

"We had a really comfortable stay. There were many food options in the village, lots of shops to buy gifts, lots of activities to do. The valet was quick and friendly. Hotel staff went above and beyond to provide assistance. Will DEFINITELY return to this resort in the future."

"Love the fact that this hotel is right next door to the best restaurant in Whistler. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful and their bike valet system is carefree and secure. Throw in a pool and hot tub with a quiet night’s rest and your stay is complete!"

"The room and the hotel location were excellent. My only complaint would be that we requested hotel staff to set up the fold out couch/bed. They moved the furniture around and opened up the bed, but didn't bother to put the top sheet and comforter in place."

"Amenities are great except for the parking.My suggestion is to get a gate code from the front desk as soon as you arrive , scan the QR code in the lobby and pay for parking. The room is loud and to bright , old blinds no blackout curtains"
