"Incredible staff. Warm, thoughtful, and proactive throughout. I was upgraded to a Mountain View room without asking, and they surprised me with a delicious chocolate birthday cake with candles. The hotel vibe is ski-resort meets mid-century modern. Great pool. Service feels very Four Seasons: refined and attentive. The beer flight was a standout touch. There’s also a fun game room with ping-pong, foosball, and an arcade machine."
