Family holiday to ski Par City great condo 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms night ski run just out the back close to everything nice fireplace would stay again
Excellent ski in/ski out location with a well-equipped kitchen to make your own meals. Large hot tub, secure ski storage room, and gas fireplace. But, I don't think the coffee maker has been cleaned in a few years!
Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Our only complaints were that we were told there would be 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and it turned out to be one very cramped double bed. We also needed the sofa sleeper and even though we mentioned this when confirming our reservation there were no sheets provided. Since there is no front desk there was no way to get sheets. Otherwise, it was a great place with no stairs to climb.
Poorly built! I could hear the people walk above us and hear the people next door talking. After given the key from the sister building down the street I had to trek back to our place. Then the front door was wide open and later discovered they had just steam cleaned the carpet before we showed up. There was shampoo but no soap! Wouldn't go back!
Layout was good, location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.
The person who checked us in was not very helpful and slow. We rented apt 106 and the carpet was dirty and had spots from spills in the living room, hall and MBR. We called and didn't get a call back. So we moved the furniture around to cover the spots where we could. The ski locker was locked which might explain the dirty floors. There wasn't a place to wipe your feet or place your dirty boots at the back door. There was mold in the shower, dingy wallpaper. The bedspread was old and had a tear. It was the most sparsely outfitted condo I have ever rented. 1 trash bag of the thinnest plastic, no sponge, limited number of dishes, just the essentials. With all the options at Park City I won't stay there again.
We had a wonderful time staying in Park City for our annual Girl's Weekend. We enjoy the heated swimming pool and the spacious condo.

Worth it for what we paid
A cute but somewhat battered condo, but a GREAT bargain for the price we paid off season. The place was quiet and comfortable. It could use a remodel with updated decor, but nothing that scared us away. If you go off season, be aware that there is no one at the front desk after 5pm.

Great place for family
The condo was a little worn but overall it was very comfortable, great location, and a nice warm pool. The condo had plenty of room for four adults and a two year old. We would definitely stay again!
The condo was great for the family, plenty of room. However, it was starting to show it's age - needed some updating. The pool doubles as a spa so it was heated which was great for the kids for swimming but not so great for the adults to soak - not warm enough. It was also rather small - pretty crowded when two or more families were trying to use it at the same time. The location was great; it borders a golf course and was an easy walk to the Mountain Resort and to old downtown Park City.
All Seasons was a great place to relax. It was very quiet and peaceful and the rooms were huge! Very spacious for a group of friends that were on a road trip to Utah! Loved it!

Park City July
The room we stayed in was very worn. The fireplace mantel covered in black soot. Decor very dated. To the credit of the property management, the room was clean.
Loved the amount of space in the kitchen and the full kitchen. Wasn't aware that there was no air conditioning though. The master bedroom mattress needed to be replaced.

Could be better
The place is good but would be very easy to make a lot better.
- The kitchen could be renovated and better equiped
- The location of the TV in the living room is really bad
We had a great time! The condo was spacious and very well maintained. We stayed 2 nights for a girls weekend. It was close to everything we wanted to do and big enough for 8 of us to sleep comfortably.

Lots of Room
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was large enough and the location was great to Park City. The transit busses ran constantly which was a little annoying, as the stop wasout side our building. The pool was outside our door but too cool out side to enjoy. Would have loved to have had a hot tub. Unit beds were comfortable. I would recommend it and go back if I was in the area.
All condos are owned and individually and decorated to the owner's taste. We stayed in unit #103. There are MUCH nicer units in the bldg. I would also recommend staying above the first floor. Much more light in those units. Location is great for skiing, golf and access to Park City. Pool is quite small but cozy.
We had a wonderful time - the room was great, the weather was much cooler than in Salt Lake (and it was REALLY hot there, so this was a nice break from that heat). Our only regret was that we didn't get to stay longer.

Nice, quiet place to stay during the summer
We had two 2-bedroom units for two families. We were 2 floors apart, but we called early and said it was ok, which it was. Since it is only one building, we were just fine. The place and grounds were beautiful, and there was secured underground parking for guests only. The pool was rather small, but nice, and the kids enjoyed it. We had a beautiful view of the mountain and a golf course.
The two units however were quite different. I stayed on the third floor unit, which was nicely decorated and well maintained. It had been updated recently and it had AC, which was nice in July. The front of both units faced towards the mountain, and it was quiet and lovely. The back of the units were a bit noisy if you opened the windows since they faced the major road through Park City. The unit on the 1st floor was clean and comfortable, but the furnishings were dated and a bit worn. The TV in the main room was off to the side, and a bit hard to see on one side of the room. This unit also lacked a TV in the smaller bedroom. There was no AC, but some fans were available to keep the air moving. The temperature was not bad in this unit, but in the late afternoon, they had to open the back windows to let some cooler air in.
The units are privately owned, and it is clearly reflected in the maintenance and differences in the two units.
The condo is well located in Park City. Two rooms with two baths. Well decorated with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant. However, getting the keys of the unit was a horrible experience. No one to help. Just a safe in the wall and a telephone. I didn't have the safe code. I spent almost two hours with my family waiting in the car till I could speak to someone. And when I opened the safe and got the code to enter the unit, I discovered the code was wrong. I spent more 1.5 hours till I get the correct code. To make things worse, the pickup place for the keys is located in a different condo, so I had to drive back and forth several times. So, do not arrive after 5 o'clock otherwise you will not find anyone to help you.
I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this place, it is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I was not sure where to find more garbage bags and had to supply my own. I still have no idea if there are maids that help with that kind of thing.
I would definitely stay here again but would ask for some garbage bags so I can keep it clean.

Loved the Room
The condo was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice to have. Tho only problem was when we arrived a snow storm hit and the fireplace was not working. I contacted the people in charge they said they would have a mintenance worker there first thing in the morning but they never showed up the entire weekend. It would have just added to the fun weekend.
My family loved this condo. It was nice, clean, perfectly located. And yet it wasn't so fancy that we couldn't live in it and enjoy it.
I would very much recommend this to anyone but especially those with children.
I would love to buy a condo like this.
