The hotel advertises to be close to the main amenities which is not accurate.
Stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned.
The breakfast was very good .
Dinner was good on the first night as there were more guests around . The second night you were given a dinner with no options , but the food was ok .
Laundry was available but I have to haggle as they wanted to charge me more than double the on- going price .
The swimming pool wasn’t opened with 27 degrees outside .
Staff were polite and somewhat helpful.
After a long drive we found the pool and an oasis in the heat accompanied by the loudest music and 13y boys having an initiation party into adulthood, sly beers and siggarettes. We fully understand we were you once and can still enjoy a party. But the music tug of war became a battle of wills and speakers were carried around the pool to accommodate the party goers. We have full understanding for people wanting to have a good time and letting there hair down, but surely the sound level and willingness to please all guests at the establishment, this was but the case. Hopefully more customers over the holiday season will illuminate the lack of attention to detail and 'dont care attitude' of most of thr hotel staff members.
Although the room specs incl a refrigerator, it was absent.
We arrived and first, the location was incorrect to where Expedia had placed this on the map and it was not walking distance to Pamukkale at all. Second, the lobby was in rubbles literally like they were going through major renovations/rebuilding. They also didn’t have record of our payment, reservation or even know what Expedia was. We were the only guests in the entire place and were taken up to our room and they opened three doors before finding a room for us. It was very strange so we left and ended up going to a hotel within walking distance of Pamukkale.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Could be better
Decent place, it’s on the verge of being run down. liked the Turkish bath, pools were stinky. Tricky service and personnel, though it worked out in the end for us.
Hotel needs refurbishment and renovation. Furniture was old, pool also in bad shape and bathroom rubbish. All in all not quite what we’d expected. Hotel is located at distance from main attraction.
After a long day we were delighted to arrive to this cute, unique, quaint hotel with an outdoor rose garden in the middle courtyard and beautiful breakfast terrace that overlooks the city.
The bathroom was a little tight but no big deal. We were very happy with our stay.
