"The first front desk was completely rude, the hotel looks old and that nobody takes care of it, there’s only 1 microwave for the whole building and it is always dirty"

"Everything was excellent except the coffee and breakfast. I have stayed at three star hotels that offer free coffee in the lobby that tastes better than the $5 coffee that I had to wait in line for at Bodega. And Preston's breakfast buffet was hardly worth the $34 given the quality of the items on the menu were nothing special, and it was no wonder the place seemed empty. But the room was very nice, the other amenities were great, and our view was spectacular."

"Don’t just read Expedia descriptions of hotel. Some amenities were up charge to use, such as cabanas and some lunch chairs."
