"The room was nice overall as far as hotel rooms go but at this price it should have been spectacular. The fridge did not have a little freezer. The coffee make didn’t make coffee. The bed was comfy and the bathtub and shower were nice. The cost compared to what you get did not add up. I would definitely not stay here again. "The area felt a bit sketchy. The gentleman who checked us in told us nothing about the hotel. But overheard a nice lady explaining everything to another couple. We were a bit in the dark. Didn’t know about free coffee, water etc also I believe there is a sitting on top of the hotel. Wish we would have known about that also. The gentleman needs to explain these things to people. The hotel was profit where it was located and had no breakfast."

"This is a busy hotel in a great location. Staff were accommodating and have things running like clockwork. Breakfast is BUSY. Rooms are good and clean. Worn only due to volume of turnover the hotel must have. My 12 yo and I stayed here for baseball - lots of ride share options close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"We stayed three nights for the World Cup. The location to Pikes Place Market is wonderful. It’s a 1 minute walk!! The hotel and staff were great. The one mishap that made me give four stars was me coming back to the room and seeing my door was not closed all the way. I thought housekeeping was there. NO ONE IN THE ROOM!!!!! They left the door open and luckily my money, car keys and belongings were still there. Mistakes happen but come on!"
