This was probably one of the most disorganized hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in was slow and unprofessional (three people behind the desk, one trainee) and the other two chatting with her casually and laughing while half heartedly checking me in. After a slow 10 mins (I had already done pre check in on my phone thankfully), we went up to our room, opened the door and two dogs came rushing to us barking, the room was occupied. I was traveling with 4 kids too. We all went down to the lobby, the front desk didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, the girl actually said “that shouldn’t happen.” And they spoke to each other trying to figure out which room to give us. The room was OK. Not cleaned very well (the floor), there were ants on the one side by the wall which we dealt with for our whole stay but I made sure to keep the floor clean and not leave food around. We had two bath towels (and hand towels, for 5 people), they had said all the laundry was being done so no extra towels were available yet. The pull out couch had no bedding for it. I was given some sheets later that evening once the laundry was done but no blanket. So I didn’t sleep with a blanket for the 4 nights we were there, just top sheets. The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Housekeeping staff were so helpful and much more caring than front desk staff. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but well stocked for what they had.
