"Finding reception was a mission then the lifts in the car park were not well signed, I blame the renovations/building work but hopefully this will improve. Our wardrobe hanger fell off and the bathroom draw was broken (could not be used) but otherwise it’s great! I’d definitely stay again if I get a good deal."

They have higher end restaurants which are visually appealing & the food is excellent but they also offer a high volume menu @ the Food Quarter. Portion size @ quality of my Barrumundi & my Husband’s Lamb Shank was delicious! The Garden Kitchen is one of our favourite places to eat for food & ambience & still more eating Options offered! We don’t know how they do it!Accomodation was very clean & all Staff do a Wonderful job to make you feel welcomed. Reception was quick & friendly. The location is in amongst all the action & other Entertainment @ Tourist Attractions. Short stroll to Pacific Fair Shopping venue which is one of the Best on offer in South East Qld."
