Service was great, and responsive. There is not a permanent attendant like at most hotels, it was quite old tech with a lockbox and just the key sitting in a bowl in the reception area. "The Osney Arms is a terrific place from which to explore Oxford. The rooms are small but quiet, clean, comfortable and have everything you would need. The breakfast is outstanding, with many healthy options and thoughtful touches. The guest house is also just a 15-minute walk from the train station. While the manager isn't on site, he replies quickly to any questions. I enjoyed my stay and found it an excellent value."
