"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "Most of the rooms are much smaller than in their photos. Our queen bed filled the room such that it was flush with the wall on three sides. The bed was clean if not particularly comfortable. The room was clean enough that it didn't give you the ick, but it sorely needed a good mopping. Proximity to an R train station is impeccable. Also a nearby bagel shop that's pretty good."

"The room is small but very cute, I had the balcony with the xl bed.. the bed doesn’t feel XL but they assured us that it is. But the balcony was a plus."

"The staff on check-in wasn’t the best, social skills were at an all time low, but the guy at the evening was great, would’ve been good to know that if you’re out the room for longer than 4 hours you’ll need to get your room key replaced as it auto locks I for one didn’t know that, also I use the breakfast"

"It was a little off the beaten path which wasn’t too terrible. But there is a large construction site next door that was a little loud. Also the walls are kind of thin. They are in the middle of a renovation though so I had to give them grace. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, if a little small. Very close to a subway station too which was nice. Overall not too bad."
