"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "Decent room, staff was pleasant however there were flies everywhere most likely because of the construction going on. The room itself was clean and the tv has roku so you can watch netflix if you wanted."

"The rooms were decent, it was just inconvenient that in order to get your room cleaned daily you’d have to let the staff know and even if you left the sign on, your room wouldn’t be cleaned. I let the staff know and my room was not cleaned, so the cleanliness wasn’t all there but it does have a hidden gym, small fish pool area, even massage chairs and a big laundry mat within the hotel which was very convenient. If you’re going to Manhattan though prepare to take about an hour in subway and...

"Great service from we checked in. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and had a nice mix of fruits, cereal, pancakes etc. GReat place to stay I will be back."
