"The room was super beautiful and cleaned exactly how it showed on the pictures. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary for light cooking. Cons: the AC never worked so we had to sleep with the balcony door opened to let the outside cool come inside, the dryer machine took forever to dry our clothes, and the room was very small for our group of 5 with each having 2 suitcases, but we handled it for the 2 nights we stayed. Overall I loved the stay and the building location. "

"Excellent hotel! Modern, tons of amenities and easy in and out. Love the keyless entry and the rooms are fairly spacious and include a washer/ dryer combo. Really nice spa/ sauna facility to rent for private rental at a very reasonable rate. Hotel is located within walking distance to all of the action but on the fringe of it so it’s not noisy. Great decor and lots of USB ports , microwave, large fridge, cookware etc… Would definitely stay here again and we loved Kyoto!!"

"Yes laundry service was excellent. AC was by far the most technological experience and worked perfectly well. There was a suspicious stain on the sofa, which I refused to use once in general. The staff helped out with the room key instructions, that was considerate of them. No reception desk, no contact with staff at all, except for the first day because they were finishing cleaning. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Citadines Namba Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. The room was impressively spacious, especially by Japanese city standards, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless — from the bathroom to the bedding — reflecting excellent housekeeping standards. The layout was also practical and well-designed, giving enough space to relax after a long day of exploring. The concierge team at the check-in counter was exceptionally polite and professional. Their fluent English made communication seamless and stress-free. The check-in process itself was efficient and well-managed, taking only a short time despite the busy lobby. Another highlight was the hotel’s strategic location in Namba. It was within walking distance to shopping streets, restaurants, and major transport links, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."
