24 hour pile driving directly across the street! There was a small notice on the Front Desk apologizing for the inconvenience, but too little too late. That information needed to be on the website! A lower rate would have been a nice gesture! Prepaid and non refundable in the presence of 24 hour pile driving made me feel VERY disrespected by the BRAND. The room felt neglected and cheap. The table was wobbly, the sign informing us about pots and pans for rent, and the shoddy repairs throughout the room made us feel like we were in a ZERO-star motel. The BEST part of the stay, was the staff. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The staff are the reason the overall rating is not a ZERO.

It wasn’t awful or anything, but there’s a reason it’s a lot less than the north end one. More weirdos walking around, when went out at night had I guess drug people wandering up to rooms and mumbling at doors more than once. Noise wasn’t great. Loud music and thin walls. Low budget

Basic no frills. This place needs an update. Be aware that it's right next to the freeway and noisy. Good A/C. Elevator. It was clean. This motel is frequently overbooked. I got a room this time but won't bother to book again.

People hanging out on the car walks drinking and talking loud. Hand to hand drug transactions in the parking lot. A prostitute working in the parking lot. At least I saw the cops drive through the parking lot several times a night.

Sticky everything

I've had good experiences at Extended Stay in other cities but this one was disgusting. It's a residential hotel full of people with barking dogs, screaming kids, sticky everything in the room, we took a tissue & wiped the counter & the tissue was literally black. Ripped sheets & the bed was basically a metal frame with a giant ravine in the center. We stayed 10 mins max before asking for a refund

Worst, most horrible place I’ve stayed in thirty years. There was a turd in the toilet when I arrived, and the heater smelled like someone had urinated in it. I’d will never use this place or Extended Stay America EVER again. Zero stars
