"This by far, the only affordable-range of hotel that is generous in terms of room space! Room rate includes breakfast too. Room is not tiny! Check-in & out is via a kiosk but super easy. Location has beautiful view of bay. Plenty of train stations to walk to and connect you. Hotel has shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland! Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is a lovely small place in a very busy area. It is well placed for ease of travel and the staff is very welcoming. The rooms are adequate in terms of size and the hotel provides a nice breakfast buffet each day. We enjoyed our 3day stay in this area of Tokyo."

"Room was tiny but OK. View out the window this time was poor but not as bad as a previous room which looked directly into the blank wall of a neighboring building. Breakfast is very good but I wish it opened 30 minutes earlier. I come for business (university) several times a year and I would like to start earlier."

"Excellent budget hotel in great location. Rooms are small but comfortable, lots of free amenities like laundry room, tea / coffee, hot water / ice machine and staff were really friendly. Just something to note - the bathrooms are very small, they are functional and the shower is really good but very tight space."

"Breakfast is manly indian food. But you can get omlets and pancakes the location is safe. Good location easy walk to Don Quijote anf train station. Hotel is clean and very quit no issues checking in or out. BUT you are surrounded by scamers trying to drag you into hostess bars. They where even standing on hotel stairs at entrance. Staff made no effort to make them leave. If youre with kids or by yourself and dontblike that BS DONT stay here. Its non stop harassment from time you leave train...

"Helpful staff good size room. Walkable to subway. Family run Chinese restaurant opposite hotel - cheaper than anywhere else. Food n shops surrounding hotel. Highly recommend. "
