"It was our first time in London, and it was the perfect hotel!! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was lovely. The beds were comfortable and our room was very nice. The location was the best!!! We loved that it was nestled in a beautiful area, where we felt like the locals. We could walk just a few blocks and have access to great food places, parks, and Nottinghill. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....

"It's not much to look at from the outside with steps up to the narrow door which made carrying large heavy luggage a challenge but we were quickly greeted by a very helpful staff member who assumed all luggage duties. This is a small but beautifully decorated town house with a small elevator, which was handy as i was so tired from a long drive. Our room, 38, was beautifully decorated, a bit worn in places but very comfortable with a sitting area and large king bed. A separate loo with custom...
