"The property is in a good location, surrounded by countless restaurants and shopping. The property itself, however, had a horrific smell that they tried to cover up with air freshening devices. The swimming pool was absolutely dirty and smell like urine, I don’t know why they don’t maintain a better it’s a great amenity."

"Sent this to management after we checked in- no response to date. Afternoon-my friends and I have been planning the trip for awhile and looking forward to a break from work to see Texas for the first time. Sharing that our check-in was less than pleasant and the front desk guy was completely rude and short with us. We happened to get in slightly early from our flights from NY and after getting our rental car went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early if possible. We were told no,...
