OK for a couple of nights stay

Nothing really dreadful but certainly nothing remotely exciting about this hotel. Certainly not a Best Western, just an OK one ;)

Quiet and central

Friendly staff , good breakfast and clean. Could do with a fresh coat of paint in the room.

No suprises it is in administration.

Romm had a four poster bed which waas terbbibly creaky and made noise everytime you even moved a tiny bit in the bed. The room was really hot and the duvet was scratchy and very poor quality. At dinner one of the spoons that was on our table had dried food stuck to the back of it. The staff were really good but they have very little to work with.

A pleasant stay

Breakfast service was very good. Reception tried to charge me extra for breakfast and he didn't realise it was complimentary with the booking. Luckily I checked the bill and he finally took it out from the invoice. It was a business trip and was paid by company however, they put the name of the room on the bill as ' Bridal suite' which caused embarrassment to me. It was 'superior Double' when I made the booking online.

outstanding hotel

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH MY STAY. THE ROOMS HAD GREAT VIEWS AND THE BEDS WHERE COMFORTABLE.THE SHOWER WAS A BIT SMALL IN THE ECONOMY ROOM.WE WHERE UPGRATED TO A LARGER ROOM W/A KING SIZE BED AND THAT WAS GREAT. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.THREE OUT OF THE FOUR FRONT DESK PEOPLE WHERE OVERLY NICE AND PLEASANT.ONE OF THEM (A MAN) WAS UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE, HE ALSO LOST AN EXTEAMLY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM SOME LONG LOST FRIENDS THAT WHERE MEETING US THERE. OVERALL I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. I WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
