Hotel Romantik di North Shore Sydney

"The hotel is well appointed and located. The room was comfortable, bathroom even better. The hotel has a musty, damp odour however which was unpleasant. Improved with the a/c on but still lingered in the hallways and lift."

"Staff, kitchen reception were absolutely helpful and obliging. Nothing was a problem. Food was delicious and so fresh. Ishika was outstanding. We were delighted by her helpful and friendly service. She is such an asset to these premises."

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"Clean room and good location"

"maybe it s all in black, that s why I get to see more dust with my eyes.. but dust everywhere. and I doubt cleaners can clean thoroughly as the lights in the room is a bit deemed out. shower head was broken, so could not fix the head, I had to use backwall to fix it... "

"Very happy with the stay, very convenient for a one night pub stay. Staff super friendly"

"No frills hotel. Clean and good"

"Awesome! A perfect stay for us! The hotel located at good location, about 3 minutes walk to the Metro station (Victoria Cross). The room is spacious, clean, quiet. Smooth check-in, front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I booked with breakfast buffet, good breakfast with variety of choice. "

"Convenient location and efficient checkin. Unfortunately room had a strong, pervasive stale cooking smell (old oil and curry) I guess from the kitchenette which was unpleasant and got into clothes / hair etc. Room and facilities were ok - but this made the room nearly uninhabitable and we were glad to leave."

"Place is right across the street from train station, which is convenient. The apartment is a bit outdated and has a big musky smell but it was comfortable. The parking is a bit tight. Place offered penty of supplies for cooking or doing your washing. Overall it was nice."

"The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here."
