Beautiful stay, with regular visits from the resident koalas right outside our room. Great staff, on the main desk, in the restaurant and zoo guides. Perfect access to the zoo. Really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel’s décor gave off a fun Jurassic Park vibe—minus the dinosaurs. We especially enjoyed the lounge and bar with its stunning river and city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having exclusive access to explore the zoo before and after hours was a fantastic bonus.

Our stay was great! Room was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we got to have a sanctuary tour. The only negative thing was ordering a coffee at breakfast but never getting it despite following up with the staff.

This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in Australia! The breakfast was amazing, they had a buffet and you could also order from their menu. We had a koala in a tree right outside our room! The retreat gave us a pass to come and go freely within the wildlife park, and it is quite expansive. We took a night time tour where we got to see animals we would not have gotten to see during the day, and also took a behind the scenes tour during the day where we saw various wallabies and got to hear about the inner workings of the wildlife park. I would 100% recommend!

We had an amazing stay. Waking up with the koalas was unreal. We would enjoy time in the lobby looking over the city. I participated in the night tour and saw more animals out and about in the cool air. Really enjoyed our stay and found the buses were convenient for getting out to beaches like Manly and Balmoral. Not only is the food fantastic, the restaurant has an even better view of the harbour!

Stay there for for my daughter's second birthday, we had a great time! The staff is lovely and very helpful, the facilities and location are excellent. The only downside is the choice for dinner either a restaurant or a very limited bar menu, none of the options were suited for a lively full of energy tottler, but we managed with pizza and salad. We will definitely be back.

I booked a animal view room but somehow i can see the harbour bridge in my room as well. I can enjoy the view of both koala n harbour bridge, great value for money. But the $25 added tour is not as good as i expected, can skip.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice out look of part of the zoo with resident Kangaroos. It was nice to access to the Zoo and the location of being able to jump on the Ferry to get around and access to buses was great. Food at the Restaurant was beautiful and view amazing.

This is an amazing place and experience like no other. Amazing architecture and obvious thought and consideration going into every decorating detail. Unlike others we had a terrific experience with dinner service. It is only held back by mediocre breakfast service with no one clearing dishes or asking for additional drink orders. There is also visible garbage bins in the alley next to the room access that could easily be covered with a bamboo cover.
