"The staff was very helpful and kind..professional but personable. The location of this property is sketchy, and I did not feel safe outside after dark. Alot of trash and unkept grounds, signs of homeless. Rooms are pretty small. It's a quick 10 minute walk to Mascot station but if it was after dark I always used a cab. "I give this rating based on false advertising. I believe the sign refers to a pool/spa. The Expedia description says indoor pool The indoor pool is covered by plants to the very busy main road on an outside deck. The possibly swim up pool is a very large semi warm “hot tub”.
