"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

The lady on reception was very friendly & also accommodated my request for a late checkout as I was running City2surf. They even extended it a bit further so that I could have a hot shower after the race. The staff were all lovely & very friendly.
