"The staff were not very flexible in accommodating my needs. I explained that I wanted to use cash as a deposit and that my cash was in my luggage, so I just needed a bit of time. However, a male staff member wearing glasses ignored my situation and refused my request, insisting that I use a credit card instead. I felt that his service lacked a customer-oriented attitude."
