"The property itself is adorable and perfectly placed between the ocean and the bay - but not ON either one. We loved the kitchens and outdoor seating area. Traveling with teen daughters, they loved the paddleboards, skateboards, bikes and boogie boards available. This property has organized discounts with many of the nearby eateries as well. "The room was not clean, beat up, same with the bathrooms, the staff don’t bother to clean off the spiderwebs in the corners. The beds had hairs that belonged to other people, made me wonder if they even wash the sheets. Parking was good, I did not try the breakfast."

"The hotel is beautiful, but it lacks some of the basic amenities that you would naturally expect from a place that charges you this much. For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible.
