There was also a white noise machine provided by the hotel to drown out any noise if needed. "The bed was sloped and I could feel the springs. The shower had what looked like make-up smeared on the wall. I tried making coffee in the room with the provided coffee and it came out lighter than church coffee. I was expecting something nicer from a Ramada-Wyndham hotel."

"Loved our stay at Sheraton San Diego! We were originally at the Bay tower which we were very disappointed with. That tower seems to be more outdated and definitely not as “pristine” as the Marina Tower. We mentioned how we would prefer to upgrade and were offered a room at the Marina Tower. The Marina tower is beautiful, updated and has tons of stuff to do right downstairs."

"Right away, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and greeted me with a fresh chocolate chip cookie. I had a question about my bill and the deposit which was explained thoroughly and professionally. The room was clean, simple and very nice. Beware of a coffee machine, it seems like a Keurig, but it’s not intuitive. I poured more than a single cup full into the brewing compartment and it overflowed when pouring coffee. Oh well.
