"The location was hard to spot. The entrance was hard to find. Parking was fine. The staff pleasant. Due to time constraints I missed breakfast."

"Ask for our room to be clean and no one showed up when reviewed with front desk. She said she'd make a note. Stay for two nights. They had the same exact breakfast every morning. On our last day jacuzzi broke and there were no towels out there for the pool and the pool's very small."

"The staff was great but the room condition was pretty bad, the free water was opened and drank some and put back, bathroom door was extremely hard to close to were my 2 kids couldn't even close it. Then they charge $28 for parking and have the parking lot is taken over by construction equipment they should have waved the parking fee. Probably not use this hotel next time we come."

"The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was adequate. The room included a small kitchen with a large refrigerator, which was convenient, but unlike many other hotels, no complimentary bottled water was provided. Breakfast was very basic and only served from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m., which I nearly missed since I was on vacation rather than a business trip. "The carpet and furniture were rather worn. Hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was a disappointment mainly because one day no orange juice, one day no coffee, most food was gone on the first hour."

"The staff was kind and helpful for the entirety of my stay. My room was clean. The bathroom did have long strands of hair on the floor and in the shower. The hotel is near other hotels and has a shared parking lot with plenty of spaces."

"I was incredibly disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. It is very very ran down. The bug situation is insane. It’s common sense there would be bugs by a lake but wow. Can’t even open your sliding door to the patio or you’ll be swatting mosquitos and whatever else was flying around that they claimed weren’t mosquitos. However, my daughter and I woke up with several bites. Management was great. They understood and allowed us to check out and obtain a refund. "
