"1st room provided had non-working outlets, an extremely hard uncomfortable bed, the slightest touch to TV would cause the cable to go out, lights flickered in room, do not recommend."

"The staff was so nice but there is no clear number to call for things, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for blankets and utensils. The keycard reader for my room kept falling off?? The pool is so tiny and my room didn’t even have a microwave. For as expensive as it is I did expect more. The property was clean & comfortable but at the end of the day very average, far too overpriced."

"The room was nice, and I really enjoyed the overall facility. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat disappointing because of the service we received from the valet. We arrived early and had our bikes with us. We were looking for options to unload the bikes and leave the car before check-in. The valet attendant was rude and not helpful at all. When I asked if check-in was at 3:00, she simply barked back, “It’s 4:00.” I went inside to the front desk, and they were much more helpful. In fact,...

"We stayed in a double queen junior suite with Bay view. Stunning. We came in at the height of a heat wave with major humidity which made the room damp. Staff were amazing, brought up.fans, provided free drink tickets. The pools were beautiful. Onsite paddle board rental. Discount tickets to the zoo Everyone was incredible. 10/10"

"We really wanted to love this place. Everyone we encountered working was lovely— when we got service from them. We had dinner plans in the evening and when we needed to iron garments, we realized we had an iron but no ironing board. We called for one to be brought up and were told it would be 10-20 minutes. At 25 minutes, we called again. They finally brought one up and we only just made our reservation. We took the do not disturb sign off the door in the morning and didn’t receive turndown...
