"In fairness, the lobby was clean and most everything outside looked new. The experience was so terrible, we decided no to even check in to our room - we just used the pool for the afternoon. They call themselves a Disney family-friendly hotel - THEY ARE NOT. There are military looking guards at the gate to the pool who actually search your belonging more thoroughly than TSA and have to let you into the pool area with a key.
