"We stayed here because it was central to the weekend wedding festivities for our daughters wedding. From the moment we checked in, I knew this resort was going to be amazing. From the concierge, Leo, to the firepits to the pools to the gym. I could go on and on but all you need to know is this resort is one of the biggest and best I have stayed at."

"No hot water to shower . The room carpet was filthy and stinky. The rooms need a major update. Rats by the entrance of the hotel. Won’t be going back. The shuttle drivers I give them a 10!"

"We booked our stay around the waterpark and booked months in advance. 2 days before we checked in we were notified the pool would be closed for 11 days and that it had already been closed. Being the long weekend we could not find another hotel with a water park for a reasonable rate being so close to check in. Sooner notice would have made our trip enjoyable"

"Stayed here with our whole family. We had 3 rooms in total. Our room was very clean. They are a bit out dated but very decent for the price and location. The AC in our room was super loud though. The breakfast was good and they had a good variety of items. Would stay here again but check the ac unit first."

"I liked that the entire room that I stayed in was clean. The sheets, pillows, carpet, bathroom; clean! The shower head in the bathroom was the most unique amenity in the suite, the water pressure was excellent it felt as is if I were bathing in a spa. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with a humongous shower head and superb water pressure! The staff were professional, attentive, and helpful during the whole checking in, checking out, and bag storage accommodations during my stay! Thank you!"

"One working elevator made the stay annoying. Staff were friendly. 35 dollars for parking on property is ridiculous and should be included with the stay. Great location though but I’m sure there’s something better around. Would not stay here again by my own will."

"First night we arrived. The air conditioner was broken in our room, so they moved us to another room right next-door with had a terrible view of a dead brown and rundown golf course., on Sunday the day we were leaving we noticed one of the servers in the children’s/main pool area was walking around with Meta smart glasses that record which we thought was pretty inappropriate and creepy to have on in the children’s pool area."

"Overall, a great experience. The staff was very accommodating, making my stay in San Diego really wonderful. The location is perfect, near the baseball stadium, the convention center, and gaslamp District. I really appreciate how far everyone went out of their way for my convenience."

"Gorgeous property. Balcony not worth the extra cost but view was spectacular. Bed was WAY too soft but management took care of it after our first night. Schooners had wonderful fresh food, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again!"
