"I didn't like how our waitress didnt check on how the food was at the restaurant we ate breakfast at, my husband's food has a hair in it. We also had to ask the hostess for our check, then had to wait another 15 minutes for that."

"Our overall stay was good. Room was nice. Loved the patio and easy access to the pool and beach. But the beds were totally uncomfortable. They are not pillow top mattresses. They were the hardest beds I have ever slept on in my life. Will defiantly be making a trip to my massage therapist this week! Also the pool was way over crowded and not clean."

"We loved our stay at the Hardrock! Excellent location near the ferry landing at the convention center. Downtown shops and restaurants within walking distance. Fun events for the holiday festivities. Poolside food and beverages were delicious and our bartenders were the best. Restful, exciting stay and plenty of time for business as well."

"Amazing rooftop hot tubs, adults only (AWESOME) with a view of the bay & all of its wildlife, not to mention the toasty fireplace you can also enjoy. Amazing staff at every turn. Clean, comfortable, best sleep at a hotel, excellent amenities. This is the type of (hotel) stay one can only dream about. Zero complaints - impressed at every turn. Worth it’s value!"

"Great rooms, fantastic location that's easily walkable to old fisherman's wharf and the summer trolley. On-site hotel offered to go which was nice when we were exhausted at the end of the day. Pool and parking garage are a 2 minute walk from the main hotel across the little row of eateries and the candy shop. Would stay here again"
