"Pros: my favorite part of this property was how friendly the staff. From start to finish everyone we encountered was very helpful and accommodating. Also, we were there to visit the Disney parks and the ease to get there was great - 10 min walk, max! Room was clean, beds were comfy and room was very spacious. Cons: property is old and the halls towards our room (bldg 4) had a muggy-old smell. Also, we didn’t see a restaurant on the property. Overall, we would consider to stay again. "

"Food was great, location was great. Close to Disney Downtown. We uber as it was a good 20 min walk. Room was clean, bathroom needed a little more cleaning but overall was great room. "

"The pool was freezing and the hot tub was like a warm bath going cold. Several of us guests complained and the issues were never consistently fixed. If a pool is too cold to swim in for long when it's 88 degrees outside, then fix it."

"It was a great experience. Went for my birthday weekend and said that, they gave me two complimentary drinks and and a snack from the snack store they have in the front as a small gift. Hotel room was great. Clean. My only complaint is we asked for extra towels and had to call again because they took a while but shortly after the second call, they were brought up. Definitely would come back. "
