"It’s had absolutely no customer service we were never told where to get anything breakfast. That was included once you did find it they made you feel like you were lying about the breakfast inclusion. Just by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at near Disney"

"Overall, the hotel was very nice. We didn’t have much time to explore the property since we returned to our room late each evening after spending the day at Disney. We really liked the spacious room and the high ceilings, which made it feel even more open and comfortable. The foyer and front entrance were clean, inviting, and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again and hope to have more time to enjoy and explore everything the property has to offer."

"This is not my first time at this property. This is probably the 6th time. This resort was performing way better when it used to be just the WELK. Checking in took about 45 minutes. All the requests that were put in were not fulfilled. The room had this weird odor in it. Old carpet or something rotten. Usually the kitchen is fully equipped. This time it was empty. All the room service requests took hours. They are definitely understaffed. The amenities were really good as always. But you can...

"The room was awesome: you can cook in the kitchen area with the electric burner. There’s a fireplace, AC/heat, a terrace with a nice view of the mountains and river. The gift shop/ grocery opens till 11pm, which is nice to get late snacks or food. The restaurant they have closes at 9pm. It was busy that day, and it was hard finding parking spot near your room. I suggest getting a room on the ground floor, no elevator to help bring your luggage upstairs."

"La playa estaba sucia , en la piscina no había música y no dejaban entrar pequeños speaker, tenía una niña pequeña y no pude entrar una pelota para que ella jugara , en el hotel la carpeta olía a vieja , las máquinas de hielo no funcionaban, las mesas del casino solo funciona de jueves a lunes y hasta las 12 de la noche , no hay un bar donde tomarse unos tragos, etc , la única buena opción que tenemos es del personal de servicio y front desk"
