"I assumed the Wi-fi was free with the room stay but it wasn’t. I was charged $12.95 a day. Even when there is an option to not sign up for the rewards and states you can connect. I was charged with no worries of the hotel offering to take off any of the charges. Overall I paid $85 dollars for the 4 days. WiFi should come with the room for the cost."

"It was good , their rooms are nice , amazing stay the only thing is that I had gotten food poisoning from their buffet Saturday April 18th . It was horrible."

"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."

"The room was very dark and out dated, also had a slight sour smell, like the AC filters needed cleaning. I called to change room and nothing was available. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were broken on the third day. Very convenient to the park via a quick uber ride. Kinda far to walk but it could be possible. Swimming pool was clean and only 1 hot tub was hot."

"The staff were very friendly. The rates were reasonably priced, and I appreciated the upgrade! The pool felt very secure and well monitored with only hotel guests allowed. I loved the warm temperature of the pool and the waterslide was very fun for the whole family!"

"My grandson loved the pool. The Jacuzzi was OK. It wasn’t very warm. There was a kitchenette in each room, but there was nothing to cook with so you would’ve had to bring or buy all your cooking utensils which was really strange. Normally when you get a kitchenette there’s cooking utensils in it. They were doing construction on the whole front end and we couldn’t figure out how to get in. And when I said something to the front desk when I got there, they said oh well we’re having Ta Repair...

"I only stayed for 4 hours on a Long layover delayed flight. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially when my alarm didn't go off and I slept through my wake up call! They come up and banged on the door to wake me up. When I was sprinting through the lobby to catch the shuttle to airport, they flagged the shuttle to wait for me and I was so grateful. Great shuttle service and staff! Above and beyond!!"

"The staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the entire time we were there so we were not able to utilize that facility. Rooms were clean but the air conditioning was loud. The property was very close to downtown Disney and the park entrances."
