"It is not far from Disneyland. We paid a small fee to take the shuttle bus. The thing I am not comfortable with is the water. Water from bathroom tap is translucent."

"I would like to make a complaint about my stay. My booking indicated that breakfast was included, but at check-in I was told it was not. In addition, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, there was no customer service, and my room was not cleaned during my stay. I am very disappointed with the overall experience"

"Our family had the best time at Omni Ranch Resort. The rooms and grounds were so clean and well kept. We ate at both restaurants, the palm cafe and poolside, the food at each of them was excellent. The different pool options, lazy river and water slides were so fun. This was our second time staying here and we will be back for sure."

"Love the place and have stayed many times. Great concept and venue. Down side they are letting it slip a bit. One of the porch swings is dangerous and about to break. Someone will get hurt. The stairs are dangerous with mats overhang as trip hazards. I have no idea why nothing is done before someone gets hurt. My room was not cleaned as requested on my last night. Got back too late to remedy. Little things like decent basic ping pong paddles are no longer in the budget? I truly hope they turns...

"The lobby area is a bit dated and in need of update. Has a Starbucks right next door. Walking distance to Gaslamp district. We stayed in updated rooms on 7th floor. The were well updated but small. Rooms were clean and offered coffee and bottled water."

"5 star for the views & location- next to seaworld- The rooms are gross! Dust still in bedside table- glass tables had hand prints still. As you walk into the hallway the carpets are dirty. You can tell they dont vacuum often, this was an indication how the rooms were. We stayed at room 310 it's gross. When you drive up dont expect a bellman to greet you. You must walk in to front desk. Restaurants close at 9pm dont think about room service anytime after that. 9 broken off tiles in balcony_ we...

"Great amenities and restaurants. Very cool underground bridge to connect the 2 sides of the property. Really cool hot tubs on the rooftop. Great views of the ocean, and close to everything we needed."

"The hotel common areas are a dump. Chairs and cushions everywhere are worn out. Half of the tables by the pool are broken. The mini out is all ripped up and the putter/balls are garbage. The pool towels look like car wash rags. The fencing/gate around pool are all broken. The lifeguards are sitting on their phones. Hogs breakfast shuts down at 9:30 in the dot . The whole room was full of people getting food and they start cleaning up and throwing the food away and shutting down the drink...
