"The room was subpar. Wasn’t the cleanest as there was hair left behind in the washroom. The staff are extremely friendly, and helpful! We paid for a “park view” which was of a view of Matterhorn bobsleds mountain. That’s it. Disappointing. You can hear everything around you…. "

"Let me start with prefacing this review by saying “you get what you pay for”. The photos online are VERY deceiving. The property looks like it was recently renovated but if you take a closer look, you can tell that it was budget friendly and poorly done. The entry/exit situation is confusing for first timers. I somehow ended up going the wrong way and then having to make a u-turn because another exit was closed. Pet friendly, so prepare for the extra noise. When we arrived, there was another...
