"If you charge for valet then typically this Means you park in front of hotel and they take your vehicle . You have to park around the corner and the lady gave the worst instructions and I couldn’t find the parking garage. there’s hardly any room in the bathroom as wel"

"This hotel is in desperate need of repairs and I do not recommend staying here. First off, our room door was broken and would not close properly. One of the maids had to help us close it and even admitted that a handy man had just been there earlier in the day to try to fix it, but was clearly unable to. Also, the sprinkler in the bathroom over the sink kept leaking and the door had no lock. It's a glass door. The parking is way too expensive at $50 and another thirty some dollars for ameneties that I didn't even use! Overall, the hotel is overpriced in every aspect. I will not be returning!"

"I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I travel frequently for both business and leisure and often choose Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties because they are usually reliable. This stay, however, fell well below my expectations. The most concerning issue was cleanliness and safety. On one occasion, a piece of glass fell from the sink area when I moved my hairdryer. It landed near my foot and, fortunately, did not cause an injury, but it was sharp enough that someone could have easily been hurt, especially in a bathroom where guests are often barefoot. The following day, I found another piece of glass hidden inside a folded towel. I didn’t notice it until I cut my finger while using the towel. Finding glass in a supposedly clean towel was extremely alarming. There were also several housekeeping issues throughout my stay. For three consecutive days, the bathroom floor mat was placed on a bench next to our clean belongings and seating area, which seemed unhygienic and unnecessary. Additionally, one afternoon I returned from work hoping to rest before a scheduled conference call, only to find that my room had not yet been serviced. Housekeeping informed me I would need to leave the room for cleaning, but I was already on a work call. While the staff member ultimately accommodated the situation, it was still frustrating. To make matters worse, when I first checked into the room late at night after a heavily delayed"

"I love this hotel. I love balconies, i have stayedhere a dozen times. I must say though they need showers poolside (so people can pee). Bathrooms and showers are upstairs outside a gate ... too far "apparently" for people to go to pee. I always wonder what pharmaceuticals can be found in pools like this? All they need is a little shower supplied with a hose attached to one of the many palm trees poolside; $30.00 bucks tops. I dont put my body in pools like this. This is the adults only pool. Kids poool lets not talk about. At least most kids to need meds. I just watched the people and they never go anywhere besides in and out of the pool. Humm i do wonder... yuk!"
