"This hotel was a complete disaster. The property was run-down, the room was unclean, and the staff showed little concern when issues were reported. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience. I would never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"The property grounds were OK, the room was disgusting. Carpet was dirty and stained, small room, old dingy wallpaper, leaky tub with mold on ceiling and not enough outlets. We also encountered a cockroach in the room in the middle of the night. Overall the room was gross, I advised staff the next morning of the issues we encountered and the reason for our early check out, and they did everything they could to make. It right.
