"I probably would not visit this resort again. I reserved a one bedroom suite with a pullout sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs of the very thin mattress. The front desk did nothing and offered no resolution. I could hair and dust on the bathroom floor. I was on the second floor, had to climb up about twenty stairs, with all of our things, there are no elevators. "We had a wonderful stay at the Bahia Resort. The rooms were spacious, the cleaning staff came through every day, the restaurants were exceptional, and the property was very well maintained. The only downside was that for a few days there was a distinct smell of pot from our neighbors. It was not the resorts"

"This resort was nice and clean for the most part and it was quiet at night we loved that as for food we didn’t eat in the resort we decided to go out and everything was about a 9 minute drive. The breakfast line was long at the lobby so we would suggest room service. My only complaint would be the lazy river was hot water and not refreshing it felt like a jacuzzi. The water in the lazy river was also dirty we stood for the weekend and both days it was dirty looking still so we didn’t enjoy that...

"poor shower pressure. no info at check-in. TV info out of date. Tried to order a chicken dish first night- no longer available. Skirt steak instead was excellent, but next night was "no longer available." Told not to rely on TV info, told to get food info from hotel website... no dining info on hotel website. Of course recommended TV checkout was unavailable also. With overwhelming lack of interest in customer service, did not bother to mention the line of small ants emerging from a hole...
