"The room wasn't great. The bathroom door handle fell off at the slightest touch. This was fixed after reported. But the door still didn't close properly, it slid open on its own."

"The staff were all wonderful and helpful, the pool and hot tub were very nice to relax at, and the room itself was spacious and clean. Great hotel for a Disneyland trip, the walk to the entrance of the park was only about 5 minutes. Also drug stores and restaurants nearby if you need to buy things outside of the park."

"We had a room with a firepit that faced the bay and it was amazing! One free bundle of wood and some s’mores kits in the room. It was peaceful and restful. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful as we had a later check-in and needed food but due to the lack of communication, we missed the room service cut off. Front desk staff also told us to get s’mores items in the shop which cost us $30 only to find kits already waiting in the room. A bit annoying. Food service was slow in the morning as well. Loved...

"The location was great, the breakfast was awesome and the parking was safe. Also the engineer who came to our room right away and fixed a couple issues was very knowledgeable and friendly. Housekeeping was great. However, the bathroom down stairs had a very strong mold/mildew smell. My husband was able to locate a crack behind one of the tiles below the shower head, the fan was very loud and the bathroom door was hanging on by a hinge. Also the kiddy pool did have some green algae in the corners...
