Hotel berdekatan Laguna Nichupté

"Breakfast was excellent!"

"The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

"Your travel agency socks,"

"staffs are hard working on clean room everyday. full of smile to service us. beach view is good and clean the seaweed on the beach every morning"

"The buffet all inclusive the food was pretty bad breakfast okay but beyond that was very disappointed if they fix this the resort would be unbeatable"

"I just went on my first family trip with my 3 year old daughter and wife and stayed almost a week and I have to say it is really worth the stay! I rented a vehicle and the self parking is really convenient as it is really close to the lobby. Clean surroundings, big rooms with beautiful sea and hotel views and helpful staff when needed! The only thing to keep in mind is that even that is an all inclusive hotel, food menu in the hotel is limited, they do not have a lot of options but the ones that...

"I would like to start by telling everyone that this is good option for a stay in Cancun Hotel Zone, staff is helpful and attentive. I gave 2 stars because you will get boarded from the time you get to the property by hotel staff about share time meetings, they segregate guests by wrist bands that will not allow you to enjoy the full service unless you attend one of the share time presentations. When I visited this property, 2 of the restaurants were closed due to renovations and the rest were...

"Resort is large in size and a good variety of restaurants. However requires maintenance around the pool areas. By husband cut his hand in the pool all the wall where a tile was broken and my daughter cut her chin on the children slide on the first day requiring stitches. Staff were mostly lovely however I much prefer other resorts in the Cancun area. Kids club also rarely stuck to their timetable and often children were just watching tv or playing in the console. Staff were nice but definitely...

"totally good"

"Employees are very friendly and helpful. Property was very near and clean"

"The property is beautiful but very rundown, it is in desperate need of a remodel and looks like they are working on that. Our toilets did not flush properly and we never had hot water. On the other hand we had a huge beautiful suite with 2 bedrooms and our own private pool for way less than the major named hotels so could not beat that. The employees were very friendly and always helpful. I would totally go back but if they get this place remodeled to it's former glory I will probably not be...

"Atención muy buena y buenas instalaciones en relación calidad precio"

"Great variety and quality of food and beverages, courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms."

"Las instalaciones son enormes, están bonitas, la comida no es muy buena, no hay variedad de cosas, muchos restaurantes pero no se me hace justo que porque no es temporada alta no estén abiertos, los elevadores tardan muchísimo normalmente y descompuestos 2 pz ya te imaginaras cuanto tardas ahí, las habitaciones ocupan una remodelacion urgente, no fue lo que vi en las fotos al reservar, no engañen a las personas"

"It was wonderful! If you want a quiet stay away from the busy hotel zone, this is the place! The rooms are nice, staff was really nice and we were able to park our car behind the gate. They even have house cats that hang out in the front, so sweet! They have breakfast but no dinner. Some places are close enough to walk."
