"Highly recommend. I extended my stay as these apartments were perfect for my trip. I booked a one bedroom apartment. It was very warm in winter, decent kitchen (including stovetop), washer and dryer, great location to walk every where. Car parking is extra $ and uses a car stacker. The staff - from front desk through to cleaners - were so helpful and friendly. My room was on the back, so noise wasn’t bad and it seems a new build so sound proofed. "We had a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment overlooking the lake. Pros: 1) The lake view is amazing. 2)The beds and couches were very comfortable. 3)The kitchen was well equipped. 4)Parking was always available when we needed it. 5) The washer/dryer combo unit was handy but allow extra time for air drying of clothes after use on the provided drying rack. "Spacious accommodation (we had a 2-bedroom apartment), super comfortable beds, and the most incredible water pressure in the shower! Full size fridge, well equipped kitchen. Stunning views. Nice hot tub & sauna. Convenient indoor parking in a private garage adjacent to the apartment. Very friendly & helpful staff. Location is a little bit outside town but easily walkable. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!"

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent—close to everything you need in Taupō. However, the property could really benefit from some upgrades. The furniture feels quite dated, the bed was not comfortable at all, and the sofa couch and carpet were not up to the standard shown in the photos.
