"This place was terrible! Had no bathroom in our room. Had shared bathroom that was dirty, towels were stinky. Had to buy water shoes and towels, bunk beds where so close together we kept hitting our head. We do not recommend this location. Only good thing was the location."

"The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."

"This room, is huge, that is the only plus side. Upon arrival, we realized we did not receive an email with entry information. Called the number, and received an entry code to the front door. Upon arriving at our room, we had to call again to get that door code. We arrived late evening so a full inventory of the room was not done. When we attempted to play the tv, it would not connect to the internet. From check-in through the next day six calls were placed. Two of which a supervisor was...
