Servis Apartment di New York

"It was perfect"

"It was conveniently located very close to subway which was a huge advantage. The overall neighborhood was good, and the stay was also comfortable for us. Rooms were clean, and the view from our room was also really amazing. However there were additional per day charges which we had to pay before check in and those were not told/communicated before or when we booked the place. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"Good location, cute room, friendly staff on the phone at check in"

"Perfect location"

"Very spacious and well designed"

"Broken elevator, toilet, ice machine, outside door and bathroom was moldy with paint chipping and falling off. Completely awful! Had to change rooms. Not worth 1/2 of what we paid. The only saving grace was the staff were nice but powerless to correct anything. They were instructed to point to a sign on the wall to email complaints!"
