"The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we were shipping our luggage to the next hotel. I regretted booking a standard room, as I did not realize how small it would actually be. I also was not a huge fan of the TV right over the bed, I know it likely wasn’t going to fall but I still had some paranoia about it. I also really liked how close it was to the station and how easy it was to get to."

"Clean room, comfortable beds, outdoor balcony to dry clothes, quieter area of Osaka but some great neighborhood restaurants. 5 min to subway and many nearby shopping and restaurants. Helpful staff when needed. Nice touches include available tea, coffee, laundry detergent, umbrellas. Found a great ramen and steak restaurant nearby. "
