"we stayed for 5 nights, room was very small but i think it is normal. the bathroom especially, is really small & if you are above 170cm, the shower area would be very difficult & if you are 180cm+ it will be physically impossible for u to take a bath. the location was fantastic though, directly downstairs is station exit 7 however it is steps. with luggage u can just walk abit more to the main station namba where there is escalators. it is walking distance to many malls & ebi suji, shinsaibashi suji, u can simply shop for 2-3 days at this location without even taking the train somewhere else. the hotel provides some toiletries where u can take at L2 if u need, however there do not provide any bottled drinking water, but there are signs in the room that encourage u to drink directly from the taps / showers, & i am wondering if I am supposed to take a bath & also have a drink of water while bathing. of course we did not drink the tap water & got large bottles from FamilyMart downstairs :) also check out & check in were a breeze, staff is alright, no complaints."

"Osaka is overwhelming- but we discovered the perfect hotel in Namba district Close to the trains & of course amazing restaurants The hotel was quiet & very well designed, we loved the breakfast buffet. The food was delicious & staff so helpful They had a lot of delicious Japanese dishes for breakfast! We upgraded to an apartment style room & it was a game changer - excellent!!"

"The location was fantastic. So much dining places within walking distance to choose from. Conbinis everywhere which was great for picking up breakfast (and trying all the viral snacks). Two train stations also within 5-10 minutes walking. Concierge staff were so friendly and provided great service."

"Nice location. Just walking distance to Dotonbori, Shopping Mall, train station etc. There are nearby 7-11, Family Mart and Supermarket. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and quiet. "
