"Hotel Apa was really clean and had good amenities but the situation with the elevators is a bit of a challenge we stayed Saturday and Sunday night and on Saturday night the line to go up to your room was about 60 people. There are 12 elevators half that go up to the first 21 floors and the other half the top but there was a lot of congestion. Same for leaving in the morning it took on average about 10 minutes to get an elevator. It’s a massive tower so it makes sense but a challenge none the less."

"Clean and in a convenient location to walk around.. The only issues my group had were the elevators were small and had to always wait. Also, dryers didn't work as great as expected. Besides that, it was one of the better hotels that we've tried in Osaka and we would recommend to stay again in the future.."
