"This hotel is so convenient as it is walking distance to everything, the restaurants, convenient stores and the Don Quixote. The Ichiran Ramen that we have been having for a few nights of stay was like less than 5 minute walk. There is a Uniqlo inside in the building. The hotel lobby is so well-lit has a very good few outside it is so accommodating and welcoming. They have weighing scale and most importantly money exchange machine, so you don't need to go out and find one. Breakfast is so awesome, lots of choices, fresh orange juice and varieties of drinks, and the staff were so accommodating and hospitable. We can never find the perfect word to describe but we surely missed staying here. We feel at home and so comfortable. Very clean and exceeded my expectations. It is also so convenient and close to the Ginza station and other stations that connects to cities we needed to go. We highly recommend. What we love about it is the lobby, so bright, great view and very accommodating."

"The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and surprisingly spacious for Namba. The air conditioning and television were also very easy to use, which is a welcome touch for non-Japanese-speaking travellers, as hotel room controls in Japan can sometimes be difficult to navigate, even with AI translation tools. What let the hotel down, however, was the breakfast experience. There were lengthy queues each morning simply to be seated, as only one hostess was managing the process. Most guests do not want to begin their day by waiting in line for up to 15 minutes, particularly when there are plenty of vacant tables available in a large dining area. It seemed unnecessary for guests to have to wait to be formally seated. Once inside, there was further congestion due to there being only one coffee machine and one toaster, resulting in even more queuing in what is clearly a very busy hotel. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the breakfast operation would benefit from some improvements to better accommodate the number of guests."

"Excellent location. Steps away from Namba station , restaurants and shops.Self Check in and Check out. Incredible breakfast/lunch 6am-2pm Western and Japanese. It’s small. No room for luggages. Luggage’s are expected to push under the bed at all time otherwise there’s no room to walk. Bathroom is small. Barely room for daily essentials. Beautiful rooftop pool and public bath house. In house 7/11 and laundry room are pluses."

"It was a beautiful hotel, extremely clean, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent. The big market (I forgot the name) was within a 3–5 minute walk, and the subway station was within a 2–3 minute walk. It was convenient to get to all the must-see places in Osaka, including USJ. The breakfast was amazing. Extremely high quality with a wide variety of options. It absolutely made our trip to Osaka fantastic. The only thing we wished for was a table and chair in our room. There was also no business center or any table/chair area within the property where we could check emails and do some work (we still needed to work during our vacation). Other than that, it was perfect! We were so glad we chose ANCHORED!!!"
