"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."

"初めてドミトリーを利用したが、たまたま他のお客さんが来ず静かに寝泊まりできた。他のお客さんに全く会わずにシャワーや洗面台を利用できた。寝具も快適。トイレも目の前良かった。コーヒーサービスもありがたかった。しかし、ドミトリーは最初で最後で、利用することは二度とないと思う。23時までチェックイン可のためずっと落ち着かなかった。２段ベッドの登り降りが面倒くさい。部屋の暖房調整は、他のお客さんがいたら気をつかう。扉入り口の鍵がない、外の玄関は出入り自由なので逆に怖かった。数千円高くても絶対施錠付きのシングルルームを選びますね。"

"Despite the beautiful location of the hotel, the staff and facilities were unfortunately very uninviting. No amenities were given and everything had to be bought at an extra cost. "鎌倉の雰囲気とマッチしていて、リラックスして気持ち良く宿泊できました。部屋も綺麗でした。ただ私の泊まった部屋は、お風呂はシャワーしかなくトイレもウォシュレット等は付いてません。そこらへんは事前に知る事ができなかったので、部屋に着いてから気付いて残念だった部分です。また、古民家なので壁などは薄いので隣の声は漏れてきて、窓の建て付けなども良くはないので、風が強く吹くとカタカタとしたいました。"
