"Good location, 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Kuching waterfront and 5 minutes from Aeon Mall, thus easily accessible to most places. However, the hotel did not provide slippers for all 3 nights of our stay, saying that there is no stock and still waiting for a new supply!"

" I was in Kuching for 10 days staying at a different place every 2-3 days all around the same price range and this one was the worse of them all. "No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need."

"The cleanliness is ok. But the hotel is not handicap friendly as there is no lift n tv in the room is not even working. The lighting in the room pretty poor. No aircond remote to reduce or increase the temperatures. Water coming out from the shower is slow n the hot water not working either."
