Hotel berdekatan Canal Gardens

"6 rooms booked all rooms were not habitable, only two rooms were actually used only because no hotels in Leeds were available. My other guests refused to stay. This is not a hotel at best it is a hostel or for asylum seekers. Owner refused to resolve my complaints and I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. "

"Dated furniture and decor. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, you wouldn't think you were only yards from a main road. Ample car parking. Bus stop just outside main gate with plenty of buses into city centre. Breakfast was excellent. "

"The staff were very helpful. The rooms had been refurbished, with an excellent, powerful walk-in shower. The hotel was conveniently situated near the station and the bus stop for the airport."

The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. "I only write this review as there was no one on reception when I left at 7am. The shower head in room 26 needs replacing, or possibly fixing. It is an odd design which I’ve not seen before but water gushes out from all angles, making it difficult to have a shower whilst the bathroom ends up a watery mess. I only booked an accessible room as it was the cheapest option but anyone with a disability would struggle with this. Urgent fix required for the next occupant. Otherwise the usual comfortable...

"Room was huge but a bit dark. Bathroom a little dated - shower didn't maintain a constant temperature and was a bit weak. Absolutely spotless. Had to hunt for a hair towel and tea and coffee facilities. No iron - but there was an ironing board. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great porridge and selection at breakfast. Great location near to town centre with reasonable and safe parking."
