"Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel and the hotel staff were excellent. It was a really nice touch to be welcomed in reception with a cold drink on one of the hottest days the UK has seen. The hotel is in an ideal central location close to the railway station, shop and restaurants. The room was good everything working perfectly, really good big screen tv for the football My review would have scored the hotel much, much higher but my problem was the Gino D'Acampo restaurant attached to the hotel, this guy is supposed to...

"Situated in a great location, the apartments were spotlessly clean & fully stocked. The added extras like fresh milk & fruit juice in the fridge & bread & eggs available from reception were a lovely added bonus. The honesty bar also worked very well. All the staff were very professional & helpful. If in Leeds again, will definitely stay here & would highly recommend."

"Excellent experience - the attention to detail is outstanding; high quality lighting, aircon, fixtures and fittings. Free milk, water, breakfast cereal, excellent beds and zero noise from other rooms or corridors. I have stayed in all the main hotels in Leeds and this is by far the best in a great central location."

"The second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Conveniently situated in walking distance of the city centre and train station. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and clean and the staff are wonderful and a real asset. We parked in the Q park which is just round the corner, a 2 minute walk at most and the hotel offer a discount on parking there. We had breakfast both mornings and there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Loved our 2 night stay and cant wait for the next one."
